Appointments & Office Hours
Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at 310-320-3264, filling out an Appointment Request Online, or visiting us in person.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our regular office hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Q: Do you accept walk-ins or emergency visits?
A: Yes, we accept emergency dental visits and do our best to accommodate walk-ins depending on availability. Call our office at 310-320-3264 during regular business hours. Call our emergency line at 424-318-5425 after hours.
Insurance & Payments
Q: Do you accept my insurance?
A: We can bill most major PPO dental insurance plans. Please call us at 310-320-3264 to verify in-network vs. out-of-network coverage.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA, and offer flexible payment plans through CareCredit and other financing options.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, we offer flexible financing for patients who qualify. Our front desk team can help you find a plan that works for you.

New Patients
Q: I’m a new patient—what should I expect?
A: On your first visit, we’ll review your medical and dental history, take any necessary x-rays, perform a comprehensive exam, and provide a 3D digital display of your oral health. You’ll also have time to discuss any concerns or goals you have with your dentist.
Q: What should I bring to my first appointment?
A: Please bring a valid ID, insurance card, a list of medications, and any previous dental records if available.
General Questions
Q: How often should I visit the dentist?
A: We recommend visiting every 6 months for routine cleanings and check-ups, unless advised otherwise by your dentist.
Q: Is teeth whitening safe?
A: Yes, professional teeth whitening is a safe and effective way to enhance your smile when done under the supervision of a dentist.
Q: What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
